  I walked in the other day and was not expecting the wonderful customer service or all the help I received . Bridgette was very helpful. I was able to settle a 20 year old title loan I had no idea about for only 10 dollars! I also walked out with a new title loan. Very satisfied customer.

  Me and my brother were stressed out from other title loan company's around kc metro area. We googled mid American title loans d called jennifer and she answered the phone singing christmas music and was very detailed information about what i needed .once here they were very helpfull. So cheerfull and understanding. Best experience of the year...... Will refer and come back here 100 times....

  *Disclaimer* You will be treated as a human with actual needs. Jennifer Shelly is bomb. She's been bending over backwards since day one (over a year ago!) To help us out, making sure we're okay.
