  I mentioned that I went to try and mobile deposits my check and my online bank wouldn’t even let me get to the point of putting in my check so my check was clear and only had my signature on the back and due to me saying this they refused to cash my check… I round never recommend anyone to this place and the lady at the front counter was very unprofessional

  Hi Tyler, I'm sorry I missed your review. The banking system has not completely figured out mobile deposits. They often tell their customer that the deposit was not successful or accepted and then they do it anyways. The money eventually ends up in the customers account and if we end up cashing the check it returns as a duplicate deposit. We then have to collect from you, but your deposit hasn't been released so you don't have the money to pay us back (for 10 days or so). So, we just don't take the risk and ask the customer to get a replacement check when this happens. I'm very sorry we were not able to help you.

  I was in a jam and Dana and the staff at Micro Loans NW were amazing! Melina helped me personally and could not have been more professional, kind, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are good people here.

  First off, Lauren's review is fake. ONE review, and right at the time they knew they were about to receive yet another negative review. If I'm wrong, Lauren, please say so. They're HORRIBLE. And I don't say that often. First, they're not open about the fees they charge, even when directly asked. Then when asked why they didn't disclose the added fee when I called, their response was, "well, I'm telling you now." The store is a mess, clustered with items that looked like they were taken from a yard sale. They moved in March, it's now mid-October. They're no cheaper than a MoneyTree or any other check cashing facility so I see no reason to ever use this company for anything.

  I have been a part of pay day loans for a while now, yet never have I had a team of people so caring than the Micro Loan team of Everett. Veronica, as an example, was so nurturing and went above and beyond what was expected. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Keep up the great work.

  I would not recommend going there. I called twice. The first time, I’m not sure if it was a man or woman. Anyway, they answered and said I change my loan amount based on my $8.00 increase in pay. I didn’t believe them. I’ve taken out loans before. So, I waited a few hours and called back. I spoke with a lady. She said we would be able to increase the amount. I would need to come in and reapply. I drove from Marysville to everett and was told once she pulled up my account that I wasn’t able too. This was my first loan from this company and the maximum for this was $500.00. No matter how much you make. I said thanks and wished she would tell her future customers that. This and another one are the only two places I’m washimgton. The other.. is way down south. She apologized and I said I understood but to let her future customers know so they’re not wasting their time and gas to come down for less than two minutes. You walk in here and there is stuff always for sale too. It’s welrd and cool. They even sell electronics, cell phones, and household items. Good luck dealing with them!!!!!

We have spoken to our tellers about how important it is to look up each customers account while they are on the phone so that something like this doesn't happen again.   Went to cash some giftcards at a kiosk in a safeway and it wasnt working so they referred us to you guys. I called to double check that you could cash my specific giftcards in. Drove to you from bothell after being told yes but then once I got there was told no because the pin number had been scratched off due to me trying to use the kiosk at safeway. So thanks for wasting my gas on a 30 minute pointless drive. Maybe if someone calls to ask you should clarify first. And definitely change attitudes or the way they talk to people, came across as rude and an inconvenience to be helping people.

  Jolene~ we apologize if you were not told that we cannot purchase gift cards with pins scratched off. Unfortunately buying gift cards is risky once the pin is scratched because many times the card gets zeroed out before we can resell it. You may return to the store of purchase and get a replacement gift card or make a small purchase and bring the new card back in. This may have been your issue at Safeway as well!

  Extremely rude on the phone. Such an inconvenience to ask questions. All I wanted to know is if I could get another loan. It was not a big deal if I could or I couldnt but no reason to be that rude on the phone. Need a class in Customer Service. I work in customer service and should never talk to people with attitude. Ridiculous!!!

  Went to cash a check that no banks wanted to cash. The issuing bank was quite difficult, but Juan was extremely patient, helpful and friendly throughout the ordeal. Great check cashing store, I would definitely return.

  i want to right a great review for Martha my co-worker at Micro Loans North West. She is always the most patient when it come to difficult transactions and always helps when customers don't understand our loaning process or have difficult questions.
