      I've had a wonderful experience at this bank and would recommend to family and friends! Nathan was a representative today while dealing with my questions and he answered them with a lot of information and was very helpful and professional!

      If i could give no stars i would. For some reason no matter how busy this place is i have to wait 10 to 20 mins for service. Weather i go inside or to the drive thru. Only people in drive thri and still took over 10 min for someone to come to the window. The were only 4 cars here and half are employees. Whats with the hold up?

      My account was hacked they got me for about seven hundred plus plus I had a $300 overdraft and then I got hit for overdraft fees they replace my card took care of the problem and was looking into getting my money back deposited my check the following week give me money was stolen again m1 credit Union said it was my fault I must have gave my account number to somebody with that kind of customer service I would highly not suggest banking at Michigan one

      Absolutely the worst, had a loan with them and the people I had to deal with was absolutely trash. Stay far away from this fail establishment, at all cost!
