I have many checking accounts and some different banks. One for online reselling, etc. I have literally NEVER dealt with more bitter, old, passive aggressive Karen's in my life. If you hate your jobs that much maybe it's time to find something else? I wonder how much business these rude tellers turn away for independent bank? I'll never bank with you all again I know that much.

A little upset with the customer service lines. I have tried calling 2 times now on a charge that was for a purchase through klarna and hottopic that I was charged for but both stores say never took place. I have been hung up on 2 times now before I can even finish my sentence.... I'm now panicking that I'm going to spend money on nothing
