  In general we have struggled with this credit Union, even today and yesterday the customer service phone number wouldn’t go through! The saving grace was John Smith who helped us at the Commerce Township branch today. He answered all of our questions regarding a transaction we need to do later this week, printed a new atm card as ours had expired, and helped us with our cash deposit.Thanks John!

  We just got a loan from them and they sent us a beautiful box of Michigan Made treats to welcome us. At the branch in Walmart the staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. This is our first experience with the CU s and we are very impressed so far!

  Waited 39 minutes on hold to talk to a real person. That person told me they sent me an email on 8/4/2021 and maybe I need to read my email.

  4 stars because there’s an amazing staff here with the exception of the “Branch Manager” who’s been in banking “20 years” but telling me a government issued ID is invalid and not acceptable. Terrible management.
