      I would never recommend this bank to anyone and will have everyone I know switch banks. Been with this bank for about 4 years and can't stand it. Rude customer service when u call to ask questions. They act like your lying about fraudulent charges and make it seem like it's a problem when you want to dispute charges. I've never had these issues with TCF.

      I've been with Michigan First for over 10 years and the staff is GREAT!!! I have not spoken to a nasty teller yet. Michigan First always exceeds all of my financial needs. If you want a credit union that treat you with respect than Michigan First is where you should be banking. Drop that bank with all of the unnecessary fees.

      Manager was really patient with my mom and I as she had some issues with her card. Recommend that you visit, especially on weekends when other locations may be closed or FAARRR away.
