Tyler Bowen1No wonder the reviews of this institution are terrible. The staff is rude, inconsistent, and absolutely a nightmare to work with. No one there has any clue on policy, you get a different story from every person who works there. My entire family has banked here and all of them left because this place is a joke. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Absolutely horrific customer service. No one in my family will deal with this place ever again.

Joe Oliver2I’ve been banking here for 30+ years. Loyal customer even have my mortgage through then. Over the past four years this place has gone downhill dramatically. They continually have issues with simple debit card transactions. The latest saga with debit cards is that there was a snowstorm in Texas and that’s why your debit card was declined at the supermarket. I have a credit card through this bank. I wanted to use it on vacation out of the country. They said no problem fill out this paperwork and you’re good to go. I filled out all the necessary paperwork signed it brought it into the bank done deal. Went to use the card on vacation decline for a Suspicious activity.You now need to let them know if you plan to take out more than $2500 at a time in advance. And when you do go in and need more and didn’t let them know days in advance you have to beg and plead To get your own money. They have a few good tellers and others that are subpar. If I didn’t have all my accounts linked to auto pays I would’ve left A while ago. If you are the manager of this bank please know that you can do better. Michigan Columbus used to be better.

Jenn1I’ve been a member for over 30 years and the customer service and credit union has sadly gone downhill to a point of disgust. I’ve never felt more disrespected as a customer in my life by the manager Melissa and her staff. On top of the disrespect I was told by Rhonda that because I am a registered nurse that works in the emergency dept of a hospital and had been diagnosed with covid 2 months ago I am not allowed in the bank and not allowed to complete the refinance of my auto loan. I explained I had 2 negative tests and was deemed recovered from the covid virus. They would not accept this. I would never put anyone else’s lives in jeopardy and made complete sure that I had 2 negative tests before I went into any business. At this point of frustration I demanded to close my accounts and was hung up on. No one should ever be discriminated against due to a history of a medical condition especially when I had been medically cleared and no further symptoms. It also is absolutely unacceptable to be treated the way I was treated today.

Eric4I’ve been a member for over 30 years. The Credit Union has always provided wonderful service the employees are great also. I only wish they would get with the times so I can deposit my check with a photo like many institutions do. Anymore it’s pretty inconvenient to drive out of my way to deposit my check and there are very few service centers anymore, also there’s not one service center close enough to me to justify not going to the branch itself.

Daniel Trinka Jr5Came in to look into refinancing one of my loans. The loan manager brain was very nice and polite. Ended up cutting my monthly payment in half! i was so happy i switched my checking and savings over to mcfcu from chase. Only thing missing is a app to let me deposit checks from home. Great bank, Great people!

Matt Kelly1If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with such contempt. The bank manager forced me to close my account because by her words "it is not my responsibility or the responsibility of the people to work here to do things like look into transactions and balances. This is a business, we have free checking so we cannot afford to have our employees helping you with your balance and those sort of things." i have had my curtosey pay turned off multiple times and now i have spent another 2 days just trying to get my money. This woman literally wouldnt even let me date the paperwork to close the account, as soon as i signed it she ripped it away from me. I said "mam i did not write the date yet." she laughed and said it doesnt matter. And chuckled at me. This woman has a serious problem, I will be praying for her. My whole family goes here and i have had this account since i was a child. I have had nothing but problems with this credit union and i will be doing everything in my power to make sure YOU do not have to go thru what I have over the past several years. DO NOT COME HERE!!! They literally are pushing me out if this credit union simply because i do not use online banking and they do not want to be humans. I am not making any of this up. She insulted my family and said that she has spoken about me multiple times to my family and other associates. She said before I left that i make her employees feel "uncomfortable" if that is the case i am sincerely sorry. But i honestly do not understand how that could possibly happen. Stacy vouched for me Barbara, see your employees do not feel that way. Learn how to give people the benefit of the doubt before you start a full on smear campaign.

imagine no5*in addition to my prior visit* I was having a problem with my online banking and I gave Collin a call. He handled everything over the phone with no delay. Great service. Totally recommend this credit union.

Robert Wyss5I've never had a problem with anyone who works here. I was surprised when I read a couple bad reviews, maybe they don't work there anymore but everyone has always been great to me.

Shaina Shey1Agreed with the rude employees. Have dealt with it on more than one occasion. Tip-if u say something about it they do a complete 180. Another tip- you shouldn't have to tell them they are being rude.
