  Terrible! Do not I repeat Do Not Finance a car through them!!! Their employees are rude and will over talk you. The representatives won’t give out there last names to report them for their poorly customer service. Tells you a lot about who’s running the company. Worst finance company ever!! Trash!!! Keep looking before you work with them, they won’t work with you. Have them as your last resort!!

  For 7 months their website was hacked, redirecting me to some scam site buying prescriptions online without doctor’s permission. Never informs you how much is paid or owed online or by mail, never gives receipts, and calls every other day without leaving any information.

  I was financed through them a few years ago and did not experience any problems. My car was never repossessed but they did turn off my car once when I missed a couple of payments during my unpaid maternity leave. They told me the next step was repossession if I did not become current within a few days. That was to be expected. They do give you a grace period which was great because I almost always mailed in a money order. I would still call to let them know it was in the mail and they always put a note in my account. I never had any problems with this finance company. The only downfall is the lack of a website. If you want to check your balance, you have to call or pay online to get the printed receipt.

  Has been a really easy experience dealing with them. If you are looking to rebuild your credit this is not the place to do it. They only report to one creditor and it's not a creditor that's well-known so this will not affect your credit in any way for making on-time payments or paying off your loan. If you're looking to boost your credit, as well as it affect your credit report positively you need to find a loan company that reports to more creditors and also make sure of that. Overall I am very happy with the company I just wish I would have known the loan and credit information and Reporting System prior to the purchase of my vehicle.

  Modern Financial is worse company to get your car financed through ever! They kept asking for proof of insurance which i sent twice! They repossessed my vehicle cause they wanted a declaration page which they never asked for in the beginning! Now I have no vehicle! 🤬😡

  Not a good company to go through. They are not honest and the don't care about any payment arrangement. If they want the car they will come get it. No sense in talking with them and keeping a good communication with them when late or will pay the payment a few day after payment is due. I'm a single parent who worked her way through school with very little funds. I graduated last year with honors. The only reason why I continue to get my car back is because of my two beautiful boys and I work hard for them. They came took my car after I made a payment arrangement with them for February 1st but my funds didn't come. So my funds came the next day but when I went to pay it through money gram the system was down everywhere. So I called them and talked to Kristen who was nice and told her what was going on and she told me to do my best to see if the system was up after I got off work and if not then try back the next day or put my payment in the mail. I asked her if I was gonna be okay and no funny business and she said yes. When I walked out while I was at work, to go to lunch and pay my bill that next day, my car was gone. I called them and talked to Rick who is the manager and he did not seem to care after I have called and communicated to them what happened. So now I have to pay more then I can afford to get my car back. I work very hard everyday and it's a shame that companies like this has no human soul in understanding life situations. It's like what is the point in communicating with them only for them to make your life harder and more complicated. Craig was nice as well but I understand sometimes you work for bad people and you have to role with it until you can do better. This is the second time this company did this to me with payment arrangements only last time I sent the payment through the mail and I told them as well but still came got my car because they haven't received it in a decent time frame in there eyes I guess so had to bust my butt to get my van back that time too. So now I have to do this all over again. I'm so frustrated with this company. Please do not use this company!!!!!

  They are ok. I purchased a truck from them 1 year ago next month. I have not had a problem since I've had the truck. They give you 12 days after your due date to pay but when I'm going to be late I call them if I can not make the payment by that date. They have always been courteous understanding and professional to me. I feel this is a great company to go with if you have challenges with buying a car or a truck. They send you letters in the mail they DO NOT CALL and why should they you know when your payment is due! Great Company from where I'm seating!

  WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scam artist. They repossessed my car after 3 Weeks. I've Had The Car 8 Months Paid It Every Month. 3 Weeks Late and they Take It. Paid Them $900 To Get It Back (although I was only late 1 payment) Now I have to go threw a different company and pay an additional $225 Because they weren't open on the weekend for me to find out where it was. They charge you your note plus a $100 for "collision" insurance. On top of your liability insurance. The interest rate is sky high so unless you plan on hitting the lottery it will take you forever to pay it off. Will never deal with this company EVER again after my car is paid off. Please save and go to a decent, reputable establishment. This company is not it!

  AVOID!!!! so I'm a college student and it was a week before finals. I was suppose to make a payment on the 7th of December. I was busy that day including studying for finals so I forgot. The next day I had remembered so right when I was about to make a payment I get a call saying we're here to pick up your car. I tried to make a payment(in which I had the money) but they didn't want to take it or hear me out. I'm a college student paying for college during a PANDEMIC!! I even tried to talk to the supervisor... so if yall read this stay away from this company.!!

  I financed through these guys back in '09 and although it was outrageous (as financing is ultimately a rip off altogether), I recall them to be pretty understanding. I had irresponsible moments regarding payments and ended up with a lien on my vehicle. They happily faxed paperwork to s.o.s when I called them immediately so I can move forward and get my title. They also gave me many grace periods and didn't harass me.
