  Michelle was wonderful to work with! She was recommended to us by a family member and after the first call with her I knew it was a match. Michelle was very proactive and always returned calls/messages quickly. We were first time buyers and new to California with short credit history. Michelle was able to get us amazing interest rate and keep it locked until we closed. Holiday season brought all kinds of delays and hurdles our way but she had a solution ready for every situation.   Michelle was great! She is knowledgeable, friendly, responds I. A timely manner, and worked hard to make sure we closed on time. I have now used her for two home loans (she saved the first after our original loan officer left us in a tough spot) and I would use her again without hesitation.

  Working with Michelle was amazing. I happened to find her during a google search while still living out of state. She was quick to respond to my message inquiry of a home loan and we got started right away with all of the paperwork needed to get my husband and I pre-approved for our home loan so we could get shopping for a house ASAP. I was able to reach Michelle by e-mail, phone, or text through this whole process and she was always quick to answer any questions we had!
