  I recently purchased my first home with Motto Mortgage. At the start of my home buying process, I was overwhelmed at where to start. Mike was the first person to reach out to me and offer his knowledge, support and services. He helped me every step of the way, and even introduced me to my realtor, who was absolutely incredible. Mike and his team were so supportive, communicative and extremely helpful. For what I thought would be a chaotic and overwhelming process, Mike always made me feel at ease and certain that everything was going well! It was the quickest process I could’ve imagined and so easy with his help, and that of Motto Mortgage. I would HIGHLY suggest anyone looking to purchase their next home to chose Mike and his team!

  Rob was very accommodating to our schedule, thoroughly answering every question as it came up, which as a first time home buyer significantly reduced the stress of the entire process. We also appreciated the fact that they gave us time to compare rates with other lenders, which ultimately were the same at the time. Overall, the experience with Rob and Fairway was excellent.   Working with Tim Keator from fairway was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge & communication made the process seamless and easy. We closed on our first home yesterday way earlier than expected and that’s largely due to the work Tim did for us. My real estate agent and attorney were also very impressed with Tim’s work, which speaks volumes, considering they have worked with many lenders before. We won’t hesitate to use Tim again in the future when the time comes.

  Worked with Michael on a condo purchase. Loan was not approved due to condo questionnaire, but Michael quickly found another lender that approved the building. It was a rough ride, but Michael was always on top of things, knew what he was doing, and got it done. Couldn't do it without him!

  Rob took the time to explain the process and make sure we understood what was involved. Rob and his teams were also very good about communicating with us in a timely fashion.
