  I believe the term "mortgage expert" best describes Michael. As a finest manager goes he thinks outside of the Box. And it looks for creative ways to get your loan completed. I worked on several projects with Michael and he's always giving me the best options even if that option doesn't include him. But for the ones that did, it turned out to be very profitable in my end. If you're looking for somebody who's gonna get you done; get you financed, make sure that all the consumers are taken care of, and if you're looking for somebody who's gonna fully explain everything to you, and be very transparent and honest, then Michael is your guy.

  Mike was amazing. He came to my office on more than one occasion to help me with getting needed information to him. I am tech challenged and Mike walked me thru the steps I needed help with so we could get the loan complete. Mike listened from the start about what I wanted from a refinance, to lower my payments significantly and to get the loan completed before the end of the year.   Michael was very clear in his communication to us throughout this refinancing process. This was our first refinance, so Michael was very patient with us and let us know what we needed to provide to him. Michael let us know where we were in the process and informed us that our property taxes will probably go up as the assessor didn’t update the records from our purchase. I appreciated his attention to detail and making sure that we were aware of the situation. He also suggested that we manage our property taxes on our own instead of including a property tax escrow into our loan balance as this will help get the total balance of the refi down. Michael let us know what amount of refunds we should expect from the refi and our old loan, explaining that we'll receive checks in the mail. I definitely felt that he was watching out for us throughout the refi process. Overall, Michael made our first refinance process very smooth. I would recommend him and would work with him again.

  Michael made the entire home buying experience super easy and stress-free. He knew everything that needed to get submitted and signed and helped me to find all the documents I needed. I just bought my first home and I can’t imagine I would have been able to without Michael’s guidance and expertise. He was always quick to respond to emails and texts and kept me up to date on what was going on during the process. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work.
