  We were weren't 100% sure about whether we wanted to Refi our house because we remembered how tedious the process was (with gathering updated paper work mostly). But Casey convinced us by showing us how much we would save/month and consolidated our loans (almost $400... that's a month+ of groceries!) and because we had used JVM before when we first bought our house, we also got a closing credits as returning customers! JVM really did make it easy because they already had most of our info on file. We finished up with Desiree who was always on top of things. As a working mom, I had a lot on my plate and she would check in on us to keep us on schedule for closing so we can save money ASAP (even worked around us having a 2 week vacation in the middle of it). Thank you Casey, Desiree, and the rest of the JVM team for working with us to make the process smooth!

  Several months ago, I contacted JVM for an investment property that I made an offer on. It was a very short timeline, and we needed to move quickly. Casey (and the entire JVM team) was always extremely responsive. Casey and team reviewed all the documentation in record time and helped deliver a pre-approval before our deadline. Though we didn’t end up moving forward with JVM, I strongly appreciate Casey’s attention to detail and responsiveness — very few lenders work through weekends to ensure that you are getting what you need. Also worth nothing — Heejin and Jay are a class act, making even an individual applicant feel like they are getting special attention.   OMG, just amazing. We didn’t have a perfect file when we were first introduced to JVM one year ago, but they worked with us and suggested things to do to build credit and save money so that we could be in a position to buy. One year later, WE DID IT! We just closed on our home with all of their help! They were fast to respond, very kind (I’m not the best with computers), and very professional! Every single team member I had was amazing, with a special thanks to Leslie Anderson who helped me on the phone a lot. Even our real estate agent was very impressed by their work. THANK YOU!
