  Michael went out of his way to ensure we got our new home. The level of service is unprecedented. He drove an hour and a half EACH WAY on a vacation day to get something that was needed last minute for underwriting. Michael made the process so much less stressful and had quick answers for everything. I will be sending anyone and everyone to Michael. Thank you so much for all you did and for getting us in our forever home.

  Michael took the time to educate me about the financing process a few months after I graduated college and long before I had a pre-approval letter. Most would have blown off the meeting, thinking that some kid was wasting their time, however, Michael took the time to sit down with me after business hours, and answer all the questions that I had in order to feel comfortable moving forward in the financing process. He communicates effectively and run’s his business efficiently, to the point where he will answer questions before you ask them...apparently, he’s done this a time or two. Can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team's ability to get things done and done right!

  Michael was very helpful and responsive during the entire process of us buying our home. This was our first experience with a VA Home Loan and we had many questions throughout entire process. Michael is very knowledgeable with all of the intricacies that come with a VA Home Loan and he did a fantastic job in answering our questions and keeping an open line of communication.   As first time homebuyers we didn’t know anything about the process. Mike walked with us every step of the way and was always available by call, text, or email to answer the smallest questions. He was proactive in updating us on the status of our loan and even when he had to unexpectedly be on leave he connected us with a colleague who was just as responsive. Mike was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and we felt like he truly cared about our well being. We really have no complaints and couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience.
