  We were in the process of making an offer on a house with a different agent but had some concerns as our agent happened to be the selling agent as well. It was a Friday evening and we decided to have someone review the offer before making it official. We called Michael's office just a few minutes before they closed for the week and he was kind enough to have a look at the document for us. He called us back a while later from his car to go over the agreement. He warned us about some unorthodox details in the document and in the end nothing came out of that offer. A few days later we had found a different property we wanted to make an offer on and decided to use Michael instead of our previous agent. Michael was very helpful in finding a suitable number for us to offer, dealing with the sellers, and organizing the inspection. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made the whole process incredibly smooth. We ended up closing in about 15 or so days! During one of the visits to the soon-to-be-our property we noticed that we would have had a fairly nice view from the front of the building, if only the neighbor's big and almost dead tree wasn't there. Michael joked about trying to get them to cut it down, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Once the buying process was done and we moved in, the neighbor's tree was gone. I still don't know if Michael had anything to do with it, but it was a nice surprise.

  Michael Gaddis did and amazing job helping my parents sell their home. My parents were a bit confused about the real estate market and what options they had available to them. Michael walked all of us through the entire process and told us what to expect and he was very detailed and accurate. Michael was also very honest and reliable. He sold my parent's house for a great price and made the entire process very easy and seamless. He treated us like family which made this a very pleasant process for my parents . We highly recommend Michael Gaddis !!!

  I want to thank you Michael Gaddis and his professional team for successfully resolving my financial situation. Because of the changes to my employment situation I had to relocate, and needed to sell the house I purchased in 2005. The house was upside down, and I could not sell it because the prices since then have fallen due to a collapse of the housing market, and didn't recover since then. I rented it out for a while, but rental income could not cover the expenses. The payments became unbearable. I was in a dire situation, I didn't know what to do, the house became a financial black hole. Based on my cash flow I saw that in less than 6 month I could not be able to afford basic expenses. That was when I contacted Michael. Michael was very understanding to my situation. He analyzed it - for free! - and provided me with some numbers which made it very clear to me, that the only option in my situation is a short sale of the property. I agreed, and Michael's team started working with banks to approve the short sale. I didn't think it could have been possible, but Michael handled situation perfectly. I didn't have to deal with harassing phone calls; Michael's team communicated with the banks, arranged the sale of the property, found a buyer, and reached a successful approval of the short sale. Today - thanks to Michael and his professional team - I am debt free, and no longer have a noose on my neck in a form of an upside-down rental which was a cash black hole - with not a single cent from me. I would like to highly recommend Michael Gaddis to anybody in need of a professional Real Estate Broker and Attorney with deep understanding of law, finance and real estate, who can lead a difficult financial situation to a successful resolution. My short sale situation was handled very professionally and I'm 100% satisfied.

  Michael did a refinance for me several years ago. He got me down from a 9% loan to a 2% loan. He’s a great guy to work with.

  Asked for a review of a document 3 weeks ago...after following up consistently every couple days. Mr. Gaddis was unable to even get back to me via email or phone. Was also in the market for a home but w the lack of follow up I will have to look for assistance elsewhere. Couldn't recommend Mr Gaddis although his receptionist is very nice and delivered all of his messages.
