Any questions that we had he knew the answer to and explained very well or he would get the answer for us. He was very communicative and sent us constant updates on available properties or updates on offers we had submitted and also through the escrow process!   My husband and I are first time home buyers and as such, we were a little nervous going into the process. Michael was incredible during the whole process. He took the time to help us understand everything and always encouraged us to voice any questions we had. He was always attentive and gave sound advice. Michael was supportive and really paid attention to what we were looking for in a home. Even though we were trying to buy in a market that had low inventory, Michael always seemed to be quick on jumping on properties at a moments notice, and this is what allowed us to find the perfect home for us! He helped us write our first offer, and the impossible happened, when that said offer was accepted, thanks to Michael's negotiating knowledge. He was always checking-in on us every step of the escrow process and following-up with others when we had questions. Even after closing, he was able to refer us to different companies for some remodeling.
