  Phana and team were beyond efficient and professional. Could not give enough praise - they were (are) amazing. Once my husband and I made the decision to proceed with our mortgage refinance we were given the very best of treatments. We were up against the clock with a balloon payment coming due and having been unable to refinance a year ago, we were nervous about this outcome …but, to our extreme pleasure we have combined both of our mortgages into one VA loan.   I recently purchased a home with the help of Phana and her team, my loan was on the difficult side because there was 3 parties involved, but they did everything to make my loan happen.   Phana and the team at Caliber home loans were friendly and great at communicating. They made the process very easy and everything went smoothly.   The Phana Par team had excellent communication both on the phone and through text. Phana and Peter made sure that I stayed on track to close escrow on time and provided detailed instructions on what documents were needed. We were interested in purchasing solar and Phana had prior knowledge of the process to purchase solar instead of taking over the lease- and resulted in us closing on time. Our escrow officer made a mess of the situation asking for documentation from Sunrun than required. Phana remedied the problem. Excellent service throughout the whole process. -Henry
