  Gabriela and I began working with Mike and his team in November. When we reached out to Mike, he began working as diligently as possible. In less than a week, Gabriela and I were pre-approved ready to purchase our new home. When it came time to purchasing the home, Mike and his team where phenomenal. They knew exactly what was needed and guided Gabriela and I along the way. Mike took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. The customer service and experience was top notch. The entire process was smooth and stress free. He truly cared about Gabriela and I finding our home. He made us feel like family part of his family. I definitely would refer Mike and his team to anyone looking to purchase their new home.

  Mike and his team were terrific. From the beginning of the process until the end it took exactly 2 weeks. Quick response to questions and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a mortgage. I would give higher than a five star rating if it was possible.

  Why Michael Krumholz? Because he has your back! He tells you the truth, follows through, and makes it happen! I loved having Michael helping me with my first loan and two years later refinancing now that I'm at a different place financially and the interest loans are so low. I would give Michael the 5 stars and then some!

  Worst experience in history! Pre Approved and working with lender for 8 mos. only to be told, 2 weeks prior to closing on dream home that they couldn't use our out of state source of income. Wasted almost a year with these people who don't know what they are doing. I lost a great home due to their incompetence.
