  Having a special status in US, it was difficult for us to get mortgage. In addition, it was really difficult for us to get a conventional mortgage as our condo was considered as condohotel. Eric and his team at Fairway did their best to find solution and get us the best fixed rate. Eric is very professional and as a first time home buyer he helped us a lot to explain and guide us through the lending process. Lastly, Eric was very approchable, responsive, and fast in closing the deals.

  I have had a fantastic experience with Fairway Mortgage and our planner Eric Intihar. He was patient with me and worked around my schedule, I was working 3rd shift at the time. He took the time to explain any questions I had and was great about calling or emailing to make sure I didn’t need anything or have any questions. I had the situation where I was purchasing the house but my husband and kids were still in Ohio. This meant trying to corrode are paperwork amongst three people in two states and he was extremely patient with us during the whole process. He was always upfront about what he needed and why they would need documentation they were asking for. He is by far the best lender I have ever worked with and his staff is fantastic. I highly HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
