  Joe Curcio did an amazing job as my loan officer. Got me into my house in 17 days, even going through the Thanksgiving holiday. He was available to me 24/7 with any concerns, questions or needs I had. Will definitely refer Joe and his team to any family or friends in the future!   Jeffrey Warshaw seemed like he wanted to fight me over the phone instead of give me a quote. He told me my other lender was a liar. I still did the application to see what rate I can get. Then he basically doesn’t want to speak to me unless it’s good for him. Now I’m not calling him back. He kept calling for a few days and nope 👎🏼 Also the fact that quicken loans is much more user friendly. Better rates also come to find out. This guy told me you guys use artificial intelligence and the application was so 90’s on comparison to Quicken. I am finally in underwriting & happy. This is what you let represent your company no wonder prmg branches have the worst reviews than any mortgage company.

  Working with Joyce Trachtenberg, I was terrified of the process. But, JT was so calming and reassuring every step of the way. Over the months, we became like family. I can't say enough about her professionalism and extensive knowledge of mortgages and explaining in way that educated me. Anyone would be lucky to be in her hands!

  I can't say enough good things about Paramount Mortgage. I worked with Stuart Shanefield and he works very hard for his clients and I can promise, he won't let you down. He's very compassionate when it comes to his clients! All of the staff at Paramount are totally awesome and your mortgage process will be the smoothest ever. You have to work hard for them too because they deserve this from you as well! We've bought several houses over the years and this company is, by far, the best!

  Joe Curcio was my point of contact for my review of PRMG. I didn't know what I was getting into when I decided I was ready to buy my first home. Its stressful and I worked with Joe more than anyone else in the process. I was fortunate enough to be paired with him through my realtor and I am so glad I was. If I had to do it again, he would be my first phone call. Here's why: He is honest, concise and to the point, and he knows his loans. Never once did he come to me panicked because something was falling through. Never once did he try to sugar coat anything or tell me what I wanted to hear but on the flip side, he never made me feel ashamed because my finances were less than ideal. He is a problem solver, as proven by the amount of times that my loan was going left and he pulled it right back into line every time all the way to the end. He's dedicated and thorough with his work, he is respected among his peers so answers and responses were always prompt, and he will fight for you to make sure you get the best rates that he can. Even down to my closing disclosure, he was asking why numbers were off and getting things corrected and always had my back. He is a consummate professional and I would feel comfortable referring him to any of my family or friends who are looking to buy a home. First time homebuyer, 100th time home buyer. It doesn't matter. He's the man for the loan person you want on your team.

  I’m 35 years in the Real Estate Business and most of that time I’ve been a Real Estate Office owner and trainer. Stuart is by far the best in the business. He pays attention to details and knows how to get the job done. Not once in all the years that Stuart has been my “ go to” Lender, has he ever let me down.
