  This is by far the best insurance agent & company I have had!! Kristen was able to cut my insurance premium almost in half WITH raising my coverages from what I was paying with another company before! What really won me over was the time she took reviewing my current policies and explaining everything, as I did not really understand insurance much before. We uncovered major gaps that were unknown to me before. With my savings, she was also able to start a life insurance policy so I can help protect my family as well as a short term disability policy to cover my income if I couldn’t work! I left the office with a lot more knowledge and felt like I made the best decision for myself and my family. I’m very happy with Michael’s office and feel I am now in the best hands! I will recommend this office to everyone I know!! Thank you all!

  If you're looking for insurance at a great rate, this is the place to go! My agent was David. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and helped me to get more coverage for half the price. I even recommend him to my parents who have now switched over to State Farm as well, thanks to David.

  I went from having no contact with my previous agent to having the exact frequency of contact that I need with Michael’s office. They have worked with me to educate me on exactly the kind of coverage I need and don’t need. Kristin is by far the most proactive, diligent, helpful person I have ever dealt with. She was able to identify that I was paying for coverage through my dealership that State Farm offered for free. Because of this she was able to get me a rebate of $1,200. I cannot recommend this office enough!

  My agent, Brett, is always willing to help me with my frequent questions and requests. I can be kind of a pain. He is extremely responsive - replying to my text or email even if just to tell me he will look into it and get back to me. And, if he can’t answer my query, he has me speak to someone who can help me. Rates are affordable and so far so good with my coverages. I would recommend this agency if you are currently shopping for new insurance.

  I LOVE them, they’re kind, considerate, and professional. I’m so thankful I chose insurance through them, usually I run from phone calls with people but I don’t mind sitting and talking not only about my policy but my day and life with anyone that calls me from here, they seem to genuinely care for their clients. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
