  I want to start off by saying that this pawn shop is by far the best in my city, idc what anyone’s says! They are always so helpful,so kind and very much understanding especially the y’all guy who drives the red mustang! It tells you a lot about a business when they remember your name soon as you walk in! The pawning process is great! And very fair with the money lending, Their Jewlery I purchased from them are great! Everything is great! Adding on exceptional customer service! That’s a very big deal and that’s why I will always always shop with them and be one of the many loyal customers! I trust them with my valuables never had an issue THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH BE BLESSED AND I WISH CONTINUED SUCCESS! I recommend any and everybody honesty!   Don't even think about going to that jewelry store. I took my real 14kt chain and they put 18kt liquid on me to scam me by saying it was 10kt. They are scammers. I imagine that if someone buys a chain in that 14kt store, they give them a 10kt saying that it is 14kt, they do not go to that store. or they will be scammed

  We are not scammers, We tell the truth! and we have been in bussines for 40 years...I dont thimk we would have gotten this far doing scams! let me explain you did not buy the chain from us, you brought us the chain to sell to us... we gave you a price based on the weight and Karat of the chain, we checked the chain and it does say on the clasp that it's 14k, you have no idea how manny times we run into this issue, however that is were you have the issue, we told you that the chain does not hold on 14k acid and we showed you! there fore are offer is for a 10k Karat gold chain, sorry if your feelings got hurt and that you can handle the truth, but we know what we are doing

  Best experience I have had in a jewelry store. Bought some great gifts and paid much less than I thought I would. Nice people and a beautiful and convenient location. They also pawn gold here, so I was able to get a fair price for some old stuff I no longer wear.

  Times are incorrect. First time I went it it was 6 or a little bit passed. After then I’ve been here atleast 5 times around 5:50 or 6 during weekdays and they are closed, a whole hour before the posted time. Very frustrating considering there are interest fees that are higher everyday you don’t pay back. Should change it or actually close at the correct time! Also consider that people have come in during those hours, and are unaware they will be unable to everyday as shown on the door. Ridiculous.

  I went here before to take links off my watch NOTHING MAJOR, so since I knew I did it there before I’m like let me go back. I get there the man say we don’t do that here, then he said because of the virus he can’t do it, and then he said he didn’t have the screw to do it. Nothing but excuses and laziness, so what if I bought a watch from there and it was to big? Come on man.
