      It’s a disgrace that Wells Fargo thinks it’s acceptable to operate subpar branches in the communities of Color. Yes, we deserve better. The office staff is lackadaisical and incompetent. I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone for nearly an hour. Banker Ana C. promised a callback nearly 2 weeks ago! Never got it! Still waiting to resolve my issue!

      I went to this branch I denied to cash my son social security check My name was in the check . This branch services it is very bad . Rude customer . I called the 1800 they told and explain that my check can be cash . For the last 6 months I being cashing my son social security check. I’m top of that I opened a new bank account two years ago and wells decide to send a copy of my signature card by mail putting me at rish . They don’t know that people can order check from a third party vendor and by any one have access to my bank account can forge my signature . Also my daughter and I have a join bank account she is an student . I was told student don’t pay for monthly fee into they tiene 24 years old . We are co owner in the account well Fargo is saying that I am the primary . It is no such things as primary and secondary because any one can close the account and withdrawal all the money .

      Worst Wells Fargo ever their lines are always long and they have plenty of staff yet no one is doing anything.

      Very busy branch and with COVID it doesn't help but security at the door shouldn't be in his car on the phone. He is there to help direct who's needs to see a banker and who needs to go to an ATM. It's unprofessional and a little annoying. The line outside to get in wasn't even social distancing so I decided to do my banking at another branch.

      I had the pleasure of being asssisted by an extremely pleasant Teller named Joshua. He's super polite and very informative. He also took the time to expand on the many tools this financial institution offers that were tailored to my personal needs. The other associates all greeted me and were genuinely concerned that I had a friendly/efficient banking experience. Have you had a Wealth Checkup lately? If not, you might want to stop by 😁

      Wells Fargo only has 2 tellers during this period of quarantine making banking almost impossible. They won’t waive and wiring fees due to branch inaccessibility. The drive through line is a 2 hour wait. Banking at Wells Fargo during these times is impossible and I could not even pay my rent, mortgage, etc on time due to their lousy, cost-cutting management. This place is garbage. I can’t wait to switch to another bank!!!

      Most of the customer service seated bankers or whatever they prefer to call themselves have very POOR ATTITUDES especially the black women and this review is coming from a blank woman! It’s sad how poor their attitudes are. If you don’t like your job, why are you there??!

      Count your $ after you receive it from these tellers. 3.24.2015, I was in drivethru and cashed a check and withdrew from my account, they short me $50 . The women first denied the error, and said she gave me the proper amount. After a brief back and forth, she acknowledged the "mistake" and explained that the machine read my writing wrong. . uh huh! Be careful, can't trust anyone but Jesus nowadays!

      Usually only two-three bank tellers. A simple process that takes me 15min at any other branch, usually takes me 30-45min or more at this branch..

      This bank is great. The employees know what they are talking about and are willing to help you resolve any issue. The bankers are all very kind and friendly. Definitely recommend this bank.
