  I love Metrolina! Never had an issue with anything from my first total lost, to my second car! Professional personable staff. You do your part and make sure you keep your insurance (Robin will make sure you are on it! ❤️) and they will work with everything else! I recommend Metrolina to anybody over these major lenders!

  I have been with Metrolina Credit for some years... I have bought several cars through them and now my daughter has too. Each time I have had any issues, they would help me until the issues is resolved. They will do what they say they are going to do...

  Hogan is the definition of wonderful customer service. Metrolina credit was there for me when many lenders wouldn't be. They work with you from start to finish. What I mean by that is not only do they work with you to get the loan but they work with you during the duration of your loan if unforseen occurrences arise. It's not just about money with them they truly care for you as a person. And as far as not being able to pay online, it literally took me less than a minute to call in and make a payment, I did it for years with no problem and the people who answer the phone are beyond pleasant. Highly recommend Metrolina to those who need a lender who treat you as a person & not a paycheck.

  I absolutely love this company!!! Hogan Nance is the best there is in the business. very thoughtful and down to earth he is not just about making money the will make you feel like family! He gets you the loan you want and your budget needs, you can pay over the phone and He has never disappointed me and I will always return in the future. Thank ya, Friend!

  would of gave metrolina 5 stars because they will find a way to get you the loan you want. but i had to subtract points because of the interest rate, and there is no way to pay for your account online .. other than that GREAT COMPANY!!

  Al, thank you for the feedback! We strive to give each person regardless of their credit score or past credit history, the best experience possible along with the best interest rates we are able to offer. We are hoping to implement an online payment system in the future.

  No online payment system and they don't take credit cards. This is a very old timey, antiquated company. There was a reviewer that mentioned this two years ago, and the reply from the company was that they would try to implement one... and there is still no online way to pay. Smh My gosh.

Regarding accepting credit cards for your car payment, please understand that we do not believe in charging you a fee to accept your payment, as we are charged in turn to accept your credit card as payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, however this is very common practice among many lenders.
