Dan B1Used to be a great bank. My wife and I opened a joint account and I am a veteran. All my other accounts with 5/3 are set up for military banking. Freddie who set the account up refused to set it up as military banking and said it’s not needed due to them having so many atm’s. Nearest atm is not 5/3 Freddie failed. Also I recently cashed a check online. For 2,900. 5/3 told him it would take a week and a half to clear and couldn’t give a reason why. So I’m just supposed to wait around and what? Over draw my account. To then be charged an immediate overdraft fee followed the next day by an extended over draft fee. All they had to do was call the company who issued the check to verify lol.

Haley Quintiliano5I love my experience with Fifth Third in Brooklyn. My financial representative Kristen is the best. Talking to her is like talking to an old friend. She always treats me as an equal, and does everything in her power to ensure the best experience possible. The one problem I had was solved immediately, and I was given no gripes about my questions. I would recommend banking with Fifth Third to anyone, and highly recommend seeing Kristen for all your financial needs!

Christian Olsen1Came threw drivethrew on 08/31/21 at 4:10. Sat in my truck watching BOTH tellers having a conversation with a customer. I sat there for about 5 minutes before one of them noticed I was there. She said she was helping the other girl out. Turned off the mike and said something to the other girl and walked away. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Michael Rodriguez1I had a total unprofessional experience at this branch, on Thursday September 17th 2020. I had a scheduled appointment to see, Kristen an account representative at this branch on the date of Thursday, September 17th 2020 at 2:00pm EST. When I came into the branch, I was greeted by Casandra Lock, the branch manager. I told her I have an appointment to see Kristen, (Bank Representative). She told me that Kristen is off that day. I was a little confused, and upset, and told the manager that I have a recorded voicemail with Kristen confirming with our appointment scheduled for today, Thursday. She told me to wait in the lobby. I waited for about 20mins. Then Casandra Lock - (Branch Manager) came to me and said that she will have someone else take care of me, but I would have to wait. She also stated in an unprofessional manner and said "it is not like you are not going to get taken care for the reason of your visit today". It really irritates me to know that I had to take time aside from my busy schedule to go through this total unprofessionalism. So I decided to leave and go to another Fifth Third Branch located in Parma Heights, Ohio. They where more professional and helpful. I got what i needed done in less than 30 mins. I will never ask for help at this location again. The branch manager at the location in Brooklyn, Ohio, needs to be a little more understanding towards customers, and control her negative attitude.

Alex Calvo1Worst bank ever . Went to cash my check they said it was too large . That I had to call ahead of time . I’m sure it wasn’t my long beard and my nationality. But it was sadly . Screw them go to KeyBank or chase or Bank of America . In fact . Go pre paid they have better customer service then them .!

Ryan Wurst4Tellers are great. However the last 3 times I attempted to use the drive up ATM, it would not allow me to pull cash out.

Bryan1I keep calling trying to figure out what going on with my acct they just keep on hanging up on me customer service is terrible communication is a key and it terrible I recommend going to a different branch and making them permanent their organization they got going on at this branch is terrible and I hope whoever’s working there gets fired all new employees are needed I’m disappointed and upset I really wanna dog them and tell them about thereselves 💯💯

Desirea Holt1Waited over 30 mins in drive thru before even being greeted could see the long line inside obviously they need new staff who knows how to process transactions in a timely manner had 4 people behind the teller line doing anything but their job
