  Getting a loan for a home can be a pain. I dealt with Bruce Dittmer, and he knows his stuff. As with all house searches, you never really know what home you want. On multiple different properties I would contact Bruce so he could give me an estimated loan worksheet. This happened multiple times, I just could not find the property for my wife and I. Of course finally I did and Bruce advises you, communicates effectively with you and the realtors, and makes it as painless as possible. And because he knows his estimates so well, you actual payment will be really close to what his estimate was. All and all, if I had to buy more houses, Bruce at Metro Mortgage would be the guy I would deal with again. He's accurate, kind and attentive. You can't ask for anything better.

  Let me start by saying that Mr. Bruce Dittmer is very knowledgeable on how to help you through the process of buying a home! He’s very professional, and at the same time he makes you feel very comfortable like a friend that you have known for years! He’s very helpful and thorough step by step through the process. If you stay on top of things and give him information that he needs to help you get a great loan to buy a home, he’s the best one out there if you ask me! I highly recommend him in your future home buying! He even personally told me after I signed on my closing, if I ever have any questions, he would be more than happy to help me.
