  Mona in drive through was amazing!! Both my girlfriend and I had transactions. My transaction was difficult to explain but she knew exactly what I wanted, which made me feel comfortable and less overwhelmed. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! Thanks Mona!!

  When deposits get stuck in the night drop it is resolved in a timely manner. They are direct with me and honest. I've been banking with metro for years and wi continue to.

  I understand Bank policy but most banks will blame you and close your account if somebody send you a check...... I am a businessman I can't help it somebody send me checks from investing but it shouldn't be my fault that my account gets close because of one or two fraudulent checks which I did not even know they were fraudulent and that's why the bank should tell you and not close your account because it's somebody else's stupidity not everybody else in the world is sending out bad checks
