  If there were 10 stars, they would deserve it. I cannot emphasize how great Adam Mroczek was to work with. I have several banks and was unsure who would do a commercial loan for us, I reached out to my banks and no one called me back. I called Eric at Dundee who does mortgage loans and asked who he recommended, he gave me Adam. The process of getting a commercial loan was easy and the communication throughout the process was exceptional. Adam gave us several options and we choose the best one for us. I honestly believe people should look into our local banks for services. The bigger banks do not have time for us. Thank you Adam and anyone looking for business information, reach out. Anyone looking to do mortgages reach out to Eric Koegel, they do not disappoint.

  Terrible! Be prepared to have your money tied up for 7 business days after any initial account opening. I approached on the 8th day and was told no. This is strictly an amateur small-town bank with embarrassing nanny policies.

  Working with Dundee Bank has been seamlessly simple. My loan officer Chase Smith is highly responsive, with quick turn around times. I’ve done two loans through him and each experience has been smooth. I’d recommend anyone to use them!

  When we were considering a bank three years ago, we wanted a local bank with personal service and that is exactly what we got.   Alana, Nikki & Melissa helped us with our Mortage recently and I can’t say enough good things. Not only did they work hard at finding us the best rates but they were quick to respond to emails and treated us like humans not just dollar signs.and they managed to do it all over phone calls and e-mails. I’m so happy we were sent their information by our realtor. They made buying our first home so much less stressful!

  Dundee Bank has always been a comfortable and welcoming place, ever since I opened my first savings account as a kid. Staff remembers your name, even if you've only stopped by once!

  I love Dundee Bank! Everyone I have ever interacted with at the bank has been upbeat and happy to help! Their app also makes banking super easy, and I love the security feature it has every time the app launches. The small town feel this bank gives you in a bigger city is something I appreciate so much!

  I previously was not a customer. My business accounts were with a large bank. In the midst of this pandemic the big bank was absolutely no help. I called Dundee Bank, spoke to a real, live person. They transferred me to the person that could help me out and it was done. 10 minutes. Thank you Patrick and the rest of the staff. Great job.

  I would recommend this bank but their online and mobile banking just straight up does not work 40% of the time. It's very frustrating when you really need to check your balance and the only option you have is driving to an atm.
