  We are a newer member of Metco. So far, the experience has been a good one. Using the virtual deposit has been problematic at best. Unfortunately, this forces an in person visit or use of the virtual deposit through one of my other banking institutions. I would give it five stars if they would focus on their virtual banking as it is certainly how many of us prefer to bank. Because of this, I'm not confident they could support my needs if I move from the area forcing me to move my accounts.

  I have been a member at Metco C.U. for 32 years. Banking here you find helpful, genuine staff who take the time to get to know you and your family. You are more than just a $ sign here. Great online service and hours of operation.

  Love the friendliness and accuracy and staff always ready and eager to help . We really like knowing the staff by name and them knowing us. We get personal and caring attention if we need it. We believe the answers to our questions are honest answers and are helpful answers. We trust Metco and feel safe keeping our money with Metco.

  I’m only leaving one because there is no zero! My family had been banking with this horrible company for over a year and not only have they locked up our account while we were out of town leaving us stranded (yes we told them we were leaving) but they were having technical difficulties supposedly. They have tried to control our money denying us checks when we have money in the account, told us we couldn’t get a pay day loan and forced us to go through them to get a loan. They refused to give my husband his money until he made a payment on the loan and he did the payment and set up a payment arrangement for the remainder they then proceeded to tell us until we pay the rest mind u this is 200.00 nothing big and we communicated when my husband lost his job to them and everything they told us that we couldn’t use our checking account any longer. So be aware of this company!

  I am in the process of leaving Metco, after 35 years. I wanted to switch two car loans to Metco. The loan officer wanted me to take a form home for my wife to sign. I returned it, but she wasn't in her office. I put it on her desk and told her as I was leaving. It turned out that instead of taking the money from another bank, as I wanted them to, they bled my savings account dry, only notifying me when when there weren't enough funds left. I am retired so the chances of me rebuilding this savings account ate poor. They aplologized, but it didnt help much.

While we have expressed that we're uncertain exactly how the misunderstanding took place, we certainly hope you are able to rebuild your savings from the "extra" funds that would have been in your other bank account. We do offer a variety of free resources to help you keep an eye on your accounts and would be happy to show you how to access them. We very much would like to continue serving you, and are here if you have an emergency and do not have the funds to cover it.

  I have been a member for over 40 years. Metco and Kim have always stood by me and my family and have offered the best opportunities for us above and beyond all other banking institutions .
