  I love stopping in and checking things out. They are very friendly and good to deal with. I always find something I want and leave wanting something I didn't know I wanted lol I will be a customer for a long time. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out.

  This is the cleanest pawn shop i have ever been to. The dvd's we unscratched and in alphabetical order. Great prices especially on firearms. Never see the cops there confiscating merchandise like the other guys. They are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays which is a bummer but over all the best place in CR.

  Overall horrible experience with this business. The only place I have ever been to that has taken over 2 months for me to get a lower receiver that I have already purchased. Online it states they are an ffl dealer turns out they are not and I am still waiting will never do business w them again

  We are an ffl dealer waiting on our new license. We have zero control over the atf or the global pandemic or the huge storm that knocked or power out for 2 weeks. We gave you the option of sending your gun back so it could go to a different dealer. It is literaly our only option. Its a much larger problem for us than your one item and you can just have it sent back and your issue is solved so...its you who needs to make that call.

  Rude people never said anything to us continued there very odd conversation very loudly. Also very high prices on most things we looked at. Edit: Yes 100% sure your store was there 2 days ago no one said anything to us the whole time and ignored us even being there.

  Are you sure you were in our store? We say hello to everyone as they come in. If they dont respond we assume they wish to be left alone. We have 100s of $1 DVDs, our silver jewelry sells at 10% of retail and our new knives are less than msrp. Prices and conversations are subjective though so you have a nice day.

  It is a great place. I liked the location they were at buut have moved to a new location just around the corner and down 1/2 block on 3rd ave. Now that i know where they're st, i will be stopping in to chk em out! Great employee's.

  I have been buying for Kleppe for years. Straight shooters and good people. They will give you the mose they can for merchandise and always give you a deal when you buy. Fear not............

  Learn how to answer your phone. Every time I call. It just rings and rings didn't even get to make it to your store because you didn't pick up the phone.

  Actually we were having trouble with our phone. We had to switch companies to get it straightened out.

  u can find things u can't find any where else and they have reasonable prices also... when u take things in to pawn or loan they give u really reasonable prices... thanks for being there when I needed a loan
