      I am so impressed with the customer service that I get every single time I have to interact with this bank. I just had to get help undoing something I messed up, and the woman who took care of me was not only efficient (I went expecting a long, frustrating experience), but lovely to interact with. And I have this feeling every single time I go to this branch: "Wow, that was great!" I am such a stickler for good customer service (well, I suppose, who isn't?), but it's something I pay a lot of attention to - and, in my experience, this bank has that nailed.

      As someone who has worked in finance for several years, it is insanely frustrating to call another Financial Institution and know that you are being told false information. I would rather be told that the representative does not know the answer and will find it than be told something incorrect just to get me off the phone. This unfortunately has happened multiple times when calling MVCU. Additionally, the app is horrible and frequently shuts down. When it's running, the fingerprint authentication doesn't work. These problems have persisted for years despite several other poor reviews mentioning the same problem.

      I took a trip to this branch 3 days ago to close my account with them because I wasn't too happy with the level of service that I was getting in the past 3 years as a customer. But I was lucky enough to meet Wanda and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of and put a smile on my face, as far as I am concerned she should be the manager for that branch. Not only she changed my whole prospective about the credit union, but more importantly being in the retail industry around here for over 33 years. So, I can certainly appreciate a great service because that's what I preach to my employees on a daily basis. So Wanda, thumbs up and thanks for all the help!

      I love this bank, they've always been great about notifying me regarding any potential fraud, but for some reason the Lawrence location's ATM never works. Both the drive through and inside. It's upsetting as there aren't many around, I use this location on my way to work and 9 times out of 10 the ATM is out of order or can't give out money.

      I would like to give a great review to this financial institution. I have been a member at this bank for a few years now. Ive always receive great and friendly customer service, especially from the girls behind the teller line. I have opened a few loans with Merrimack Valley Credit Union and never had a problem with so. In which I am now an employee with this institution and I couldn’t be happier to be part of a such a great place to work. I would recommend this institution to anybody looking for a loan, auto loan, mortgage or opening up a new account.

      Opening an account here was the best decisión I ever made. Not only are they friendly but there also fast. I’ve never had an issue with any transactions and there savings options have been a blessing. Would highly recommend. Amazing bank, great quality, and the staff is impeccable, Stephanie is a super star as well as everyone there. 100% love my bank.

      I would give more stars if I could !! Wanda Marte helped my secure an auto loan by going above and beyond to get it done. She stayed after hours to meet with me, she made sure it was done quickly. She also worked with her incredible supervisor, Stephanie Castellanos. to get me an amazing rate ! These ladies have 'customer first' from start to finish and are a great team. In fact the whole Merrimac location is friendly (I can see their smiles under their masks!! ) knowledgeable , and just plain incredible !!

      Two different trips there same experience. Representatives are very rude there. I prefer to go to a different location even if I have to drive further. Love my MVCU though. F/u MVCU Lawrence has a new branch manager and the atmosphere has definitely changed. Feels welcoming and friendly. I also spoke with new manager. She’s friendly and knowledgeable. So glad for the change.
