      Our business debit cards and other things were stolen during a recent robbery of our car in North Andover. Fraud alerts were very helpful.Ahmed Ibrahim, the Lawrence branch manager, was very helpful in closing our account and ​opening a new one sooner than expected. He went over and above to get us through all the steps. Luciana was a big help too! We couldn't of done it without his persistence and patience. Thanks again! Luis & Mary

      Last week I stopped by the Lawrence branch to cash a check . At that moment I didn’t have my license with me but I do have 2 accounts with the bank . The teller didn’t want to cash the check due to no having my license they called the manager and he stated the same thing. I explained that he could verified me through my debit card or to ask me questions about my personal information. They denied my transaction. This is totally unacceptable and I won’t stop by that branch any longer

      Unpleasantly surprised to find that you need 2 forms of ID to cash a check of over $1000. I mean who even carries two forms of ID on them? Very inconvenient and the process took forever. Not happy
