      Highly recommend this branch to everyone who needs banking assistance!! I have never received so much help and great service from a bank in my life. At first, I thought my first interaction with them was just to lure me in as a customer but after going back there several times a month their customer service can not be matched. The Branch Manager Omid and Financial Service Rep Eddie are my 2 favorites. Smiles and great service every time.

      I had a great experience today with Charise Roberts at the Sunnyvale branch couldn't have been a better experience professional even had some good music playing in the bbackgroun. I'll be letting everyone know to do their banking at MeriWest in Sunnyvale.

      I am actually a Commonwealth Central CU member and this Meriwest branch in particular is a co op branch for me as I work nearby and is where I go if I have to do any banking inside the branch during the day. The staff is always friendly and quick. If you're looking to get away from "traditional banks" and you live in the area I would recommend seeing if you qualify for membership there.

      The bank is good but has no direct numbers to reach them, I am trying to reach them for last one month leaving my number and Message with their central line and no one ever calls me back and this is urgent!

      Yes they ask for a lot of documents. However it's for my own protection and the new laws that are in place. After all the paperwork is out of the way life is grand. They don't charge fees for everything and the staff is friendly and coutious.
