  Only get three stars because they are not open on Saturdays anymore, that's when I go in and do any financial business with them, very frustrating!!

  (2pm)They had 5 offices but only one person in on a Monday. The clerks couldn't help me so I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get the help I needed. The female clerk didn't even ask for ID or verification when I was depositing checks and trying to get a letter of garentee. Very disappointed.

  Meritrust is a great bank and the Cross Pointe staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional. When I have been in tough situations and been less patient than I would like to be, they have helped me out in very reassuring ways that have definitely won me as a customer.

  Glad I don’t Bank with them the lady trying to get a cashiers check would not let her even after given numerous amounts of documents. They have no right not to. I would have definitely closed my accounts with them they treated her as if she was a child. she was vary friendly to them and the poor lady just needed to close before Christmas. I would recommend Emprise Bank Always super friendly and professional.

  I went in today to open new account, Gave them my KS driver license and my US passport card. They said that the bank policy not to accept US passport card as a second prove of ID. A federal government issued card is not a valid prove of ID!!!!!! I canceled the idea of opening an account with them, because what if their policy not to accept the US $20 or $10 notes what would I do then????? No that wasn’t the true reason not to open an account? I can bring you any other prove you need and you know that, so pick one, the look or the name that you didn’t like!!!!!

  I was going to be put on my husband's account so I could get my own card to use his account. When they finally put me on his account, the man didnt ask me what card design I wanted. I didn't want the same as my husband because it would get kinda confusing especially if we were in a hurry. The man gave me the white card. The same as my husband. I asked him why he didn't give me a choice. He wouldn't talk directly to me! How dare he! I am a customer as well! What? Dies he think he is too good to talk to me? I do not bank with these bigots. My money goes elsewhere. Where I am valued as a customer now.

  Would give a zero if I could. DO NOT use meritrust as a bank. If you have a loan through this bank and fall behind due to job loss etc no matter how much you try to work with them and keep them informed of a situation they just do what they want to screw you over anyway. WORST BANK EVER. Hopefully they wont be around much longer.🤞

  Nothing but good experiences for me. I gave them a 4 based off of better services I’ve been offered at Credit Unions in different states.
