Veronica Kellogg5Went there to get a auto loan didn't think I would get approved with my credit. They was able to approve me. Even got reasonable monthly payments. They are very understanding and make everything clear on how it works.

Ramona Nichols5Nathan and his team are AMAZING!! I moved to Meritrust and they made the transition so smooth giving me all the information to manage switching my bills and accounts over. I love how fast, personable, and kind they are at the branch in Andover. I love how many branches they have and are opening up all across Wichita and the ATM benefits they have with other Credit Unions if you are going out of town. I would highly recommend switching to Meritrust accounts so you aren't charges fees, you have all the easy of online banking while keeping excellent in person customer service!! I have sent friends to them for Auto Loans and Credit Builder Loans too!! Did I mention they have free budgeting too!!!!!

Brianna McGuire5My husband and I have been banking with Meritrust for quiet a few years now and have both been very happy with everything offered from them. We also have loved the service provided via phone and in person at the branches. If we ever had an issue with anything or questions we needed answered, we were provided with great customer service and our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Courtney Morse PT, DPT5This is just the most helpful banking staff you can ever imagine. Went in for an RV loan and they communicated so well and were so helpful. Will definitely use more of their services. Plus, they have a great looking building.

Christine S1They’ve REALLY gone way downhill over the past year. Between losing my money, my account rep disappearing and giving ownership of my bank account to someone else while I was out of town, sad to say I’ll be looking for another bank.
