Lisa Lannister1Buyer Beware: Honda Deery selling lemons. Sales rep Lacey will smile right to your face as you're getting screwed. I just bought a car there, few days later noticed a few things so brought it to my mechanic. It has a bad tie rod and broken back coils, either could have caused a fatal accident. Also has a leaking gasket, total repairs are more then the cars value. Dealer refused every offer on my part to make it right including repairing the vehicle for a fair price and trading in.

Brenda Holford5Came in to the dealership to look at truck I saw on website. 24 hours later, owned it drove it home. Dayton and Ryan are the best. No pressure, Laid back and relaxed. Couldn't ask for better service. Give them a look, well worth it.

mike lauber1Drove 100 miles to look at a truck the sales man said he would drive anywhere.. Description stated surface rust on the frame.. However there were numerous rust holes in the frame... Needless to say I did not buy the vehicle. But pretty frustrated over the lack of truth in regards to the frame

Philip Maxey1Was told i needed new brake pads. Invoice said replace brake pads and resurface rotors. Brake pads. Stop squeal. I drove the 20 miles home heard a noise when i pushed on the brake. When i looked at the rotors they did not look like the left one had been touched since there was still rust on it but the right one looked like a half a job had been done one it. In researching on the internet of how a turned rotor sjould look they don't come close. I will be glad to share the photos with any one who wants to see them? Would put them on here if i could.

Ben Cooper1Bought the GMC Terrain with a 6 month 6 thousand mile warranty. Car made knocking noises before the warranty was up and took it in to have it looked at. They said it was the serpentine belt and tensioner. Said it was gonna cost $500 to fix it. I fixed it for $80 myself. They also did the “FREE OIL CHANGE” at this time. Said we needed the higher mileage oil. We declined it and had them put the regular oil in. Also stated the oil level was low before they changed it. 1 month later guess what the knocking noise is back. And the dipstick had no oil on it. Local mechanic because the car is now in South Dakota, said the cams or the oil pump is bad. Brad Deery Honda will not honor the warranty because “we didn’t pay for the high mileage oil that was supposed to be free” Even though this issue was before the warranty was up. Less then 2hrs later the car died on the rode broke down. New engine here we go with the cost out of our pocket. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGIN AND I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY OR HAVE SERVICE WORKDONE THERE!!!! Liars from the GM (Kurt Jennings) to Mandy that works in the service dept!!

We try to be very upfront about out limited warranty and the actions that must be taken to keep this warrant intact, like using our engine oil additive at the oil change, so I apologize if that was not explained to you. Pam Brown5Went looking for a new Honda SUV and all the staff (especially Rusty) treated us well. It was the, what are you looking for, here are the keys, and lets go for a drive kind of experience. I think that most people want a "come to us when we are ready to talk" rather than 6+ salesman knocking each over to get to me first, which is the norm now days. The Sales Personnel, General Manager, to Fiance were great I would ask anyone who wants a new Honda to talk to these guys.

Wade Harman11st oil change on new Pilot said I didn't need appointment. When I come there that was the first thing he asked me. He said it would be 45 minutes, have a seat. 1 hour and 40 minutes later it was done. I noticed on my way home the label for next change was wrong and had wrong mileage. I hope they put in right oil. Very inefficient I believe. Sure hope it goes better next time...

Response from the ownerJames, Although we appreciate your feedback I did want to reach out to let you know we are scheduled to receive our 4th Type R at the beginning of the year. As someone who is looking or is interested in a Type R , which I would assume you are considering your review, you would know they are few and far between and are definitely hard to keep in stock, nor would we want to just sit on one when we do have the option to sell it. I would be more than happy to reach out to you when one becomes available. In the mean time I will have to report your review as "Off-Topic" since, unfortunately, it has nothing to do with our actual business or the service we provide. jan parris5Wow Buying a car from Honda West Burlington was NOT a stressful experience at all. in fact they were very supportive, listening to what I wanted, not being pushy and everyone there was pleasant and friendly. makes me want to trade every few years instead of every 10-12 yrs.

Joel Clover (Anti Google Plus)1I would rate them negative if I could!!!!!!! High pressure service team who makes you feel like you need more work done than you do. Every time I take my vehicle to Derry Honda they over charge or give an absurd estimate for that work. This place is absolutely ridiculously expensive $130 for a diagnostic fee ( 5 minutes of work plugging in a hand held machine - #notworth$130) That is absurd! Not to mention any of the other service fees are ridiculously overpriced! Take your vehicle somewhere else!
