  I recently used Merchants Home Lending for my first home purchase using the VA Loan and my experience was top-notch! The team's communication was incredible and they helped remove the anxiety that comes with a home purchase by making sure I fully understood all of the required paperwork, providing consistent updates, and helping me weigh all of my options. Shelly, in particular, deserves major credit for her work to help get my loan closed in under 30 days! Thank you!!! I cannot recommend them enough, especially for military families and veterans!! Please consider using Merchants as a lender for your VA Loan!

  The Merchants home lending team made everything simple and easy for me being a first time home buyer. They not only made it easy but were very personable. Bill and Shelley were fantastic. I closed escrow in less then 14 days and am very happy with how they handled from being to end. I probably wouldn't have my home if it weren't for Merchants Home Lending. I'd highly recommend them to anyone using a V.A. Home Loan, and first time buyer using it as well.

  My wife and I recently purchased a home through Merchants and Shelley was able to get the VA loan closed in 13 days! I didn't think that timeline was possible, but everyone on the team pushed hard and got it done super fast. Which we greatly appreciated since it kept us from having to live in a hotel with our pup. Communication was great and they made the process as painless as possible for us. Big thanks to Shelley and everyone at Merchants, highly recommend!

  Bill and his team are nothing less than VA loan ninjas. I started off on an ambitious search to purchase a home in San Francisco using my VA loan, and none of my prospects were on the VA loan approved list. My broker assured me that she knew a guy (Bill) who could get it on the VA approved list in weeks. True to his word, he not only did that (and for a complete unicorn of a home, a converted warehouse condo loft) but he walked me through every step of the process before buying, and has continued to assist me afterwards. When my veteran friends tell me their frustrations of finding a home, I immediately think of Bill and refer him. Thank you Bill and team, for amazing customer support and service!

  We purchased our first home 3 years ago and it was the smoothest transaction ever. We quickly outgrew that home with a cute little addition to the family, and needed to buy and sell our home at the same time.   Really good smaller office that takes their time with laying out everything for you and making sure you understand the entire purchasing/refi process.
