Vic F5I worked with their new sales manager William Berardino who saved me about $60 per month vs Manhattan on my new E350. Go there if you want to have a great experience with people who know what they're doing. It only took about 2 hours total and there were no surprises. They handled all the paperwork before I arrived and after I signed up they went over all the features of the new vehicle. I've already recommended a few friends looking at new vehicles to drive a little further and go to MB Brooklyn!

I also did my research on costs and I honestly came away feeling that I paid less than market. There was no back and forth. They made a great deal and I couldn’t be happier. Who knows what the future holds, but I know where I want to go again when I’m ready for another new car.

Cuzzzy00 001Please listen. Do not go there for service. I had the worst experience. They caused my engine to seize and gave me a 20k bill like it was my fault they left a part loose. Demanding their loaner back and I have no vehicle anymore. 1700 for a service that caused my engine to blow. The worst customer care I've ever seen.
Response from the ownerMr. Zangara's vehicle was brought into the dealership via tow from another Mercedes-Benz dealership. He claimed that the other dealership told him that we left a cap loose from a visit back on 7/02/2020. Upon speaking with that dealership they said no such thing to the customer. Once the vehicle was inspected we realized that Mr. Zangara was informed of a low oil light by his vehicle and it told him to stop. He failed to do so for 20 miles according to the record causing his engine to sieze. In addition to that he was over due on his service by 3,000 miles. We also found two empty containers of oil in his vehicle which he says he tried to put in after the fact after initially saying that no one has ever touched the vehicle. Unfortunately, it is clear that due to the circumstances of Covid he like many other individuals has fallen on hard times. It appears that he elected to try and save a few dollars on his vehicle by either servicing himself or having someone else complete it for him. The reality is that it is IMPOSSIBLE for a cap to have been left loose and drive 5 miles let alone 13,000. Unfortunately, his negligence and decision to break the terms of his finance agreement by not maintaining full coverage on his insurance has left him in a very challenging situation that we feel terribly sorry for but have no fault. While he believes that his story may change Mercedes-Benz USA opinion on it being covered under warranty unfortunately for him the vehicle tracked his negligence and he now must deal with the reality of the circumstances.

Jack Chan1Went for a recall and after picking up my car check engine light came on. Called them back and they would not admit their fault. Told me it was a separate issue and wanted to charge $350 just to look. I instead took to local mechanic and they fixed the issue. Gas cap wasn't closed properly. Saved myself $. Take your car there if you like getting ripped off and getting horrible service.
