The worst customer service I have ever encountered called that I had a problem with my online login, lots of ATMs but they hit you with fees to makeup the ATM fees there not charging don't waste your time they will get you too. Never had a late payment before but the app wasn't working, I asked the manager if i can show her i called but she was on a power kick wouldn't let me email her my call log to show her I called, they will get you too. I paid in full and I'm leaving Capital one I don't care if it messes up my credit with being a 9yr old credit card with perfect payment history. I spoke to 3 people about this just on GP before its not about the money it's that I know I called and if I charge $5000 I pay $4000 and the next mth I pay the rest. The worst customer service never ago your getting my money

Bf went to deposit a money order that was no longer needed. We called capital one customer service beforehand to make sure we were able to do this transaction and they confirmed it twice, now once my bf went to deposit that money order check back into his account a teller that works for capital one named JAMIE told him she couldn’t do such transaction which was not the case being that we called to make sure. She had an attitude from the start and after completing the transaction she clearly has made errors on her end because now not only did the money bounce back which causes us to have a negative balance in our account, but now we have to wait a couple of more days so capital one can re handle this issue that could have easily been prevented in the first place.

      Response from the owner

Hey Jessica - We definitely get the frustration here. Confusion is never our aim, so it sounds like we missed the mark. We've doc'd your experience as feedback for the right folks to ensure your voice is heard. ^AJS

Avoid their ATMs. Their ATM ate up my money just before the holidays and they don't care. The process of getting the money back takes forever, they would not even give me a provisional credit, nothing. I am there on camera putting in the money! They are quick to charge an immediate overdraft fee for a 10$ purchase but if THEY make a mistake, if THEIR ATM malfunctions they just keep your money forever without any consequences.

Very rude customer service!! Bank teller named Mariam rudely interrupted my mother and I when I was speaking my native language to accusing us of cursing at her and saying we should be “only speaking English” in front of her! She kept being persistent in her demand despite her not knowing the language I was using however she was confident it was something negative which it wasn’t I was simply translating what the teller was saying since it was my mother’s transaction NOT mine. I tried calling to talk to the branch manager but couldn’t get a hold of one. This person has to be more culturally tolerant and appropriate especially in a service she works at.

I had problems with my card and a machine and while technically the bank was closed because it was after hours, there were still workers in there. I waved from outside to get a worker's attention and she was practically useless. We were literally communicating through the bank doors; the least she could have done was open it to communicate effectively. She said that she couldn't do anything and that I had to call the bank myself. This seemed like the only sentence that she knew because everything I said was "Call your bank." Would give this branch 0 stars if I could because of the unprofessionalism.

Monday after the weekend is a busy day, please start the bank's work an hour earlier than usual from 8 am to 17 pm (only one day on working days, this is my suggestion) thank you !
