  It was such a quick in and out process. I’ve always dreaded taking me car in for servicing because it’s so drawn out but MB of Arcadia makes it so easy!

  Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia is my go-to MB dealership for service. There are other dealerships that are closer to me but choose MBArcadia for their service advisor Ophelia Le Blanc. She is always professional and smiling. She listens to my concerns, gives me options and recommendations, and simply gets things done for me. I am in the service industry where I train associates and Ophelia is an example of a model associate. I also enjoy walking around the dealership looking at what cars are available and the staff is always warm and welcoming.

  Went to get my Aunt windshield wiper blades they declined my aunts card for some reason then they wouldn't except cash so went to her Mechanic had them order them...Use my aunts card there with no problem.

  I met the service manager for the first time- super friendly, fast and thoughtful. I waited 15 minutes to pick up my car and when Ophelia (service managerar Rusnek) saw that I was still waiting, she went and got my car herself!! Impressive and much appreciated.

  The service is wonderful, from the minute I pull into the service department everybody is always so friendly and polite.. Ophelia Wong my service rep. is friendly, professional, always has a smile on her face, always trying to help you in any way she can... She's spectacular! Rusnak Mercedes service department is great..
