  I bought my first and second car at Rusnak with the same salesman, Philip Chow, He was so patient and he helped me go over the car before I drove it off.The new sales manager, William Ho was making sure I was well taken care of and the Finance director, Ken Lau was explaining to me more detail with the extended warranty.And I also want to say thank you to the service manager, Mike, he is always make people feel welcome to go to Rusnak. I had a positive experience then and both the sales and service departments were knowledgeable and helpful. This is the best place to buy a car! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional I would highly recommend both Rusnak and Philip Chow to anyone that's in the market for a Mercedes.

  Excellent customer service. You can't go wrong with Andy Tan. He is an excellent sales that knows your need and is willing to work with you and he is very patient and friendly. I would recommend him anybody out there I know who wants to purchase a Mercedes.

  Experience was fantastic. The dealership is awesome, one of the largest in California with a huge inventory. It was our sales representative, Debra, that helped us make a decision on which car to purchase to meet our needs. We are extremely excited about our decision and really enjoy the GLA250.

  I got my C300 at this dealership and worked with Phillp Yang on negociating the deal. He is very polite, down-to-earth and awsome! I was actually feeling a bit nervous to go to the dealership without a guy friend, but Phillip made sure I understood about the car and functions I added. He made the process much easier than I expected! Already recommanded Phillip to all my friends who want to buy a Mercedes!

  One evening two weeks ago, my husband and I walked into Rusnak/Arcadia just to have some rough ideas about what model and color of car we are going to get. We have been shopping around in other car dealers already, and did not expect to buy our new car that evening. But everything went so smoothly. The sales consultant, Alex Hovasapyan, showed us around, answered our questions patiently without giving us any pressure at all. We really like his professional performance. We were trying to challenge him with some questions, but his smile never faded away from his face. He helped us find our dream car and had the deal done that evening. Furthermore, he provided very good after sales service. We're completely satisfied by his performance. Thanks, Alex! Who can not say Alex is an excellent sales consultant? This is the 2nd car we purchased from Rusnak. I think we'll definitely come back to get our next car here!

  Heard good reports about this dealership from few people & after reading the reviews I decided to make an appointment with Robert Rodgers for transmission oil change. It indeed exceeded my expectation. Robert was very corteous & professional. He (& his team) gets the job done very well & in a timely manner. Everybody in Rusnak seems to be very corteous & professional. I'm really pleased with the service provided.
