  Went in to look at a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and I was blown away with the service. Abdullah first reached out to me personally after I inquired online and was very easy to communicate with. He was very helpful scheduling appointments and dealing with the finances. Jonathan was extremely helpful showing me the vehicle on the lot and walking me through the process. They were all very understanding of my situation and even let me take the truck on an extended test drive. I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle or any add-ons either. I couldn't recommend these guys more, an easy 5 stars.

  Absolutely the best car buying experience....easy, fast, and fantastic customer service. I wanted to support local and so pleased I did with Alfano Motorcars. Happened by chance to work with Abdula in Sales Dept! It couldn't have been better. He made the process so easy and educated us along the way. He was looking out for our best interest. Ask for Abdula when your at Alfano.

  Mark Tatham at Alfano Motorcars did a fantastic job of finding a car with everything I specified. Prior to this, it took me weeks to find a car similar to what I wanted and Mark found the perfect car on the first day. He gave me every single detail I needed to know about the car and was with me every step of the process. He was very relaxed and didn't pressure me into anything and was very responsive over the phone. Without him, I probably would still be looking for my perfect car.

  I want to thank Jacob at Alfano Motors for his superb attentive customer service. His knowledge of cars was very impressive. Although I am still deciding which car I like to purchase I know I will be back and have Jacob as my go to guy when I close the deal!

  Recently bought a E350 CPO convertible from these folks. We recently moved to Nipomo from Los Angeles, and are amazed how friendly people are. We worked with Leo and Justin, and they were great. Helpful and not pushy. Hank, the finance lady was great too. They made buying a car almost non-streeful. Service so far has been helpful also. I will gladly refer friends to Alfano in the future.

  Phillip in the service department went out of his way to be nice and helpful when our car door lock was broken. He was great about communicating when the car would be ready and even took it a step further and fixed our recalled airbag- something I had been waiting months to get fixed in our hometown. Thank you Phillip!

  I bought my used 2006 vehicle from this dealership out of town and had an extremely positive experience. I was helped by Daniel Z. and despite purchasing an older vehicle, I experienced the same professionalism and courtesy as I feel I would have if I were to have purchased a more valuable/brand new car. If you're looking for trustworthy and honest dealers Alfono's is the place to go!

  As an owner of a small business I like to define customer service as empathy and timeliness. Alfano displayed neither of these in response to addressing an issue I had with them. Alfano made a repair to my Chevy truck for a part that ended up being under extended warranty for known issues (HVAC blower motor). The Alfano service department somehow did not know the part was under an extended warranty, even though a salesman there I talked to knew about it because he has a similar vehicle. It took over a month for me to be reimbursed by the dealership. I discovered on my own that the part was under warranty because I called GM Customer Service myself and they saw in their system immediately that it indeed was under warranty. I was given the GM Customer Service number by Alfano's head of service. Not sure why he couldn't clear this up for me as part of their customer service. The service department was difficult to deal with even after I provided them a GM case number, and it took another week or more to be reimbursed. A service "writer," as he referred to himself, whom I was dealing with for the reimbursement minimized the issue saying the "writer" that made the mistake was no longer with the company. Sorry, but it's still an issue to me if I am owed money. Another disappointment was that the owner did not come out to talk to me or apologize in person even though he was there. I did not ask to speak with him, but it would have been a nice gesture, as he was well aware of my displeasure. I recommend going to another GM dealership in the area for service, like the one in AG. I hope Alfano improves in customer service and gains a good reputation soon because I do like to support local businesses and I live in SLO.

  I had the worst experience at this dealership. Not only was the service not performed when I picked up my car, after they had called to tell me it was ready, I also spent 45 minutes waiting for the service to be completed, invoices to be changed due to errors in the number of filters etc I was charged for and for them to complete the complimentary wash. When discussing the fact that I wanted my Chevrolet vacuumed like the other customer received, I was told there was dirt in my car and asked if that's what I wanted him to vacuum. Later he told me that only Mercedes customers get their cars vacuumed. I didn't know, until then, that Chevy owners were second class citizens. Needless to say, I will not be going back and I am taking my car to a tire store today to fix what the dealership failed to do. Very frustrating!
