  We could not have had a more excellent home buying experience! Arrona is a financial wizard. He helped us increase our credit score 40 points in 30 days! He is quick, efficient, friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond and we are forever grateful to have had Arrona on our team! His business is so streamlined that document submission is simple and he makes the complex side of financing easy to understand.   Over the years I have used many lenders, and in this last year, two. David Arrona has been, without a doubt, the best one ever. You know exactly, at all times the status of your loan. He stays in constant contact with you. He is tireless in pursuing all avenues to fund as quickly as possible. The best, though was that he takes the time to explain and answer the questions that arise. Double the star rating.

  David Arrona is the best! He has been so helpful to us during 2 home purchases and 2 refinances. He is available, easy to talk to, and answers all our questions with patience and clarity. And he responds so promptly! He is an excellent communicator and keeps us informed with status updates all along the way. And his spreadsheets are amazingly helpful! You can see the numbers and assess things more clearly and make the most informed decision. We chose him based on his spreadsheets alone :) but his customer service has been equally amazing! We can't say enough positive things. We highly recommend him.

  I have worked with David Arrona several times, both for refinancing and for purchasing a home. He is the best mortgage broker I have ever worked with, and I would definitely work with him again in the future. He takes the time to put together a spreadsheet that gives all of the data you need, and a short video that walks you through it. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, responds promptly to any questions, and expedites the process so it gets done very quickly. I would highly recommend him.

  David Arrona has been by far the most professional mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many properties and re-financed many properties over the years and he stands out head and shoulders above the rest. He sends an easy-to-read spreadsheet with the financing options plus a video of himself going through the spreadsheet and explaining it. You can also do "what ifs" if you have worked with spreadsheets before. If not, he will guide you through the process in the least intrusive way. I highly recommend him and will send my friends to him. Great job David.

  We were referred to David by some close friends. He was so amazing to work with in our refinance. The turn around time for questions, documents and suggestions were immediate. At the beginning of our refinance he took time to put together three very informative spreadsheets with a video explanation to help us choose what loan option would be best for our family. The video was so helpful in choosing our option. We live in Santa Maria and we were able to finalize everything via email and secure loan document portals. I would highly recommend David Arrona. He was incredible.
