  I live two hours away and called to make sure I can come to this branch to get my check deposited because I have an account from when I lived here. When I got here they told me they couldn’t do anything and I would have to drive another two hours back the next week. I’m super hesitant because I was already told the same thing before. Don’t bother unless you’re going to the main branch it’s just not worth it apparently.

  Went to make a debit card here, and honesty felt a bad vibe from the employee as if he is annoyed and also his attitude towards me. I felt like I was treated differently, compared to if I was Mexican, I would have probably got treated better. The employee was Mexican. If you ever want to make a debit card with this bank, go to the one near the mall instead of this one.

  Went into the M street location at 12::30 on a Saturday to handle simple business, waited for 20 minutes before Susan came out to tell us that there would not be enough time before closing to help us.. I explained that I work until 5pm (their closing time) and really needed to handle this today, I didn't understand why 1 1/2 was not long enough and that we would wait. She offered to mail the paperwork to me but again I'm not off until 5. She said nobody was allowed to be in the lobby after 2pm.. I felt we should have been able to stay and be helped that would have been the right thing to do. Customer service just isn't what it used to be.. Was at a chase and merco the weeks before late and was assisted 20 mintues before they closed for the same service.

  Just want to say Kathleen who takes care of Insurance policy. You are super rude and unprofessional. I couldn't even get a word in at the beginning, not to mention the tone of your voice. Idk what customers you were dealing with before me but you should not take it on to the rest of your customers ...

  Best credit union on the planet. They help me with everything that I need regarding my banking and they spend the necessary time to explain everything. I go in asking for change, and they always help me with a smile. I like to use their drive through in Atwater, it's so nice when it's raining. Thumbs way up MCEFCU
