  Nothing against Cardinal Financial themselves, but be very careful on who they hire for your home appraiser. I recently bought a home and they hired Overshadowed Appraisals who did a horrible job inspecting my house. They passed my inspection with a list of 11 issues for just my water heater and the door does not close!!!!!!! These people get paid to do this so it would be nice if they hired quality people. The qualifications for a water heater is on the label if he did not know he could have looked. Again, my actual guy who helped me was nice and pushed for me, but they hired this company and honestly they should really think twice.

  Tony Smith and his team at Cardinal Financial did an amazing job for me. As a business owner I needed someone who was a professional and knew how to structure and process a loan with business tax returns.   Dennis is the best. He greatly improved my home mortgage life. I hate, I mean really hate paperwork but he made it very easy, effortless really. If the paperwork aspect is stopping you ,don't let it ,use Dennis. Dennis has helped me with two refi's and a home purchase. I Truly believe none of that would have happened without him. Needless to say those transactions improved my financial profile significantly. I'm older so the various electronic processes were a little daunting - at first ,but he helped with all of that, guiding me each step of the way. Most important, you can trust him.

  Tony helped me purchase my home and a rental property (albeit before Cardinal was created) and he did a great job, along with the rest of his team. I still use Tony for help with my clients on a regular basis. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is not just great at procuring financing, he is first-class with customer service.

  Rob Cruz was extremely through with our original home loan and we were very happy with his service and would be happy to suggest him to family & friends. Then to make things better he called to advise that we could save another few hundred dollars a month when the rates dropped in 2020. He's is a very personable guy & uplifting, willing to.go.the extra steps to get the best deal
