  Ed did an amazing job for my husband and I. He was there every step of the way. Anytime we had a question or concern, Ed would spend time explaining what something on the contract meant and walked us through the process from beginning to end. This level of service was far greater than I could have expected. Once we closed, my husband and I felt more like family than clients. Ed and his team's professionalism and service was outstanding.   This is the second time we have refinanced with Ed Fussell at Mercantile Mortgage. Ed is very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was available to answer our questions during the process and even on the weekends when we had follow-up questions. We got a super rate on our mortgage and couldn’t be happier!   Ed is the best! I have many buyers that have closed with him and tell me he is the best.He cares and goes out of his way and goes the extra mile to get the loan done.   My wife and I worked with Ed. Although underwriting had made the refi process extremely difficult and complicated with repeated nonsensical requests, Ed never gave up and continued to diligently work our file to close. He regularly kept us updated throughout the process and we would highly recommend his services to anyone!

  Mr. Ed is awesome!! He laid out all the steps I needed to take to get approved. He made the entire process seem easy!!! You can submit all documents online. He has docu-sign, which is awesome because you can get things done much faster through email rather than traveling to the office. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before signing. He is truly an angel on earth. I highly recommend him and his staff!
