  Update: The bank is no longer locally operated, and you can no longer call direct to local staff. Once you reach the local staff, the service continues to be excellent. The staff and manager always go the extra mile to help out. They are very personable. If you don't know a transaction works, they will spend extra time with you to explain the process. Excellent personal service!

  Very poor service with their manager. One month you come in and think you set up every thing with the manager. Next month you get told the same thing to do. I replied what again. Because we do not know you!!!!!!!! WHAT so the woman in charge that day was nothing.. The manager that day was a man? So how many times do I need to be their with both my daughter and me when we where told no problem to cash your checks the first month but next month NO WE DON'T KNOW YOU!!!

  The staff is so friendly and helpful. There's some things I really dont like but it's all handed down from corpoarate. They said nothing would change but the name but that was not true.
