  I've never had the service and quality expertise at my previous bank that I do here. The customer care, the attentiveness and attention to detail that Members Trust provides is truly second to none.   I’ve been coming to Member’s Trust my entire life. My parents first started banking there when I was little and now I’m an account holder. Anytime I call, I always get an answer right away. Neida, Sharda, and Richard are always helping and get things done literally in less than 5 minutes. They know me by name and also ask about my extended family members BY NAME (My large family also bank here too. Many there have seen me grow up from elementary school-college degree-my Career-now marriage…so it’s nice to get there and they ask about my life. It shows they care about you as a person too and not just business. That’s a huge plus for me and helps me trust them.) Members Trust is like a little family I’m actually excited to see when I go! This is one of the few companies that if you leave a voicemail, they ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK. They also reply to emails too! EVERY TIME. I never stress whether the bank will help me with a transfer, a loan, ANYTHING. If anything, by ONE day, I get what I need done. Great bank! Love it! Keep up the good work!

  The people are great! They take time to work with you on anything. They also have Spanish speakers if needed. The credit union has a family oriented feel, something you don’t get at a bank.

  I have been a member of this credit union for nearly 20 years. I have had numerous personal and business loans with MTFCU and have always been treated as a top priority by the loan officers there. Brenda and Sharda are the absolute best in their respective areas of expertise!   Members trust of southwest is one of the best credit unions me and my husband have had ! Amazing customer service , easily accessible even in the middle of a pandemic. My husband financed a vehicle and the process had been flawless. Richard and sharda are the BEST Y’all rock !
