  I never can get money out the ATM. That's why I hate this bank. They have to nerve to ask me can I do direct deposit. Now I gotta wait in line for an hour or more on a Sat. Morning cause I can't get money out of none of the ATMs in this ragedy city. I'm highly considering closing all accounts today. This bank is the worst.

  I have had an awesome experience at Members 1st so far. I’ve been banking with them for 1 year. They are the only bank that would give me a chance on a loan. I have been able to build a lot and establish credit with them. Nothing bad to say at all! I love them and recommend anyone I can to them so they can get help too 😊🙌🏽

  Been a member over 10 years. I called 8 days ago and requested that a manager give me a call back. I still have not heard from him yet. This is very disappointing. If I call and want a new loan or line of credit, thats no problem, but to have this specific person not respond back, just has me baffled. Issue before this, I needed to update my address but it must be in writing, signed, with my account number listed and either faxed, dropped off or mailed. I live in North Dakota and indeed did fax it and received a confirmation it was received. I was told it was possibly lost. I ended up flying to FL from ND to get something so minor fixed. I know it wont matter much to this institution, but my accounts will be closed here shortly. I hope a board member reads this. All members should matter and questions should be answered in a timely manner. At this point, I would not recommend doing business here.

  I’ve been a member with MFCU ever since I was a child and I’ve always had a positive experience over the phone, and in person. Everybody is kind and helpful at Members First Credit Union.

  I have been a member of Member First Credit Union for several years now. The locations of the branches are very convenient and their employees are very courteous.

  My financial institute of choice for many years. I think it it was Education Credit Union whe I originally got my first account with them. You had to show proof of being a teacher or a student to open an account back in those days. But whatever, they were a great place to keep your money and they still are.

  Do not use this bank! I tried so very hard to keep my business with them. It started when I refinanced my truck with them. They jumped my interest rate by 6-7 percent without telling me. Then they found an issue with the deduction on my full coverage insurance. I corrected this over a year ago. To only find out they added a $50 insurance coverage. Even though I showed where I corrected it. They applied this amount to the life time of the loan. I now pay $30 for insurance I never needed for the lifetime of the loan.

  Rhonda Grey helped me and was honestly the rudest customer service interaction i have ever had. i try to be more than accommodating and understanding that sometimes people just have a bad day but every time i have to speak to her i see her treat other employees with anger and belittling those around her. i honestly avoid this branch entirely due to her. members first will always have my business but any building with Rhonda Grey i steer clear of. seriously it just ruins your day, dont go

  I've been banking here for a year. My husband and I split up so the children and I are temporarily staying in a hotel. Since we cant receive mail at the hotel we are at, my son and I are being charged $20 a month. JUST BECAUSE WE CAN'T RECEIVE MAIL!!!! Seriously?!

  They are taking out $200 loan payments from a 65 yr.old homeless lady named Monica who has been living in her car for 3 years!!! Dare them! If I had her account number I would call them and let them know how ashamed I would be to take the lady's money when she only weighs 65lbs and is living in a broken down car behind the old closed Hardees on 9th Ave.
