  Mrs. Benita is AWESOME!!!...I first made contact with Benita on 2020. After she check my credit, she explained me what I needed to do to get my score up and lower my debt to income ratio. On 2021, I spoke with her again and she told me that I was doing good, but I needed to keep working on my credit. This year, I spoke with her again and she told me it was time to apply. Well, I just closed on my brand new home yesterday. She never gave up on me like other lenders do after reviewing your credit and income. I highly recommend Fairway and Benita for buying a home. They will never treat you like other lenders do. Thank you for everything Mrs. Benita and Fairway!!!

  Laura and her team, especially Christina are very knowledgeable, honest and patient. They are the BEST loan processing company in the region. Pen Air and Better Homes do not compare to the Welcome Home Team with Fairway Independent Mortgage. Laura, Christina, and the underwriter with Fairway were amazing.

  Benita Grotto Glenn and her staff were incredible. They were able to handle my purchase and closing in record time. I was turned down by several sellers because “VA loans take too long to Close”, I’m closed and moved in while those houses are still pending. I’m I cannot say enough about how efficient and friendly that her and her staff were during the process Benita and her staff know how to handle your loan, trust her and her very professional staff to handle your mortgage efforts and you will be happy that you did. .

  I have never been through the purchasing of a home process before but Fairway has made the process very easy and educated me on the way! Benit Glenn is amazing she would call to let me know where we are in the process and if I had questions on things I did not understand she would take her time to make sure I got an understanding....I received my closing date and they were working hard going back and forth to make sure it was met I couldn’t be happier with how fairway made me and my wife feel valued and worthy. Thank you Benita! You are the best I would recommend this company!

  Laura (and everyone else I talked to at Fairway) were super helpful and nice while giving straightforward information without sugar coating anything - which I very much appreciated. Also, the app helped to be able to keep up and understand the various steps throughout the home buying process in real time.
