  Ms. Carla Simmons! She is amazing. I was in the lobby when she arrived for work. She walked past me to her office & I was extremely impressed with how quickly she came to door to tell me to come in. She had literally just put her belongings down. At that moment, I knew I was about to get exceptional service. And I got just that. She was quick, but very thorough. She made sure I understood everything she was saying & I appreciate that.   I had a great experience with refinancing my car loan. Ms. Carla worked with me diligently. She had most of my paperwork ready to go when I came to see her. She is very positive and makes you feel welcomed while you visit. I will definitely be back for more great service when needed. I will also refer my family and friends to visit a MECU for their needs.

  Ashley Hewitt the Asst. Branch Manager was amazing! If I could have given her 10 stars I would have. She made the process of me opening up my new checking and savings account a breeze. She was very thorough in explaining the different accounts and what they offered! She was very engaged and personable. I loved that! I am glad to be apart of the Members Exchange Family!
